Google Ranking Report

By downloading Report and Submit’s SEO Software you will be able to run Google ranking reports on your website. To get started simply identify the exact URL or website that you want to run a Google ranking report on and then type in the search phrases that you want to see where your website ranks on in the natural listings of the search engines. In the unregistered version of Report and Submit’s SEO Software you can run a Google ranking report in up to 5 different countries Google search engine. If you decide to unlock SEO Software you can run a Google ranking report on your website in all 175 Google search engines all over the world.

For an accurate picture of your websites overall exposure we recommend that use the keyword tool in the optimisation section and identify the exact search phrases that people are using at all the different Google search engines all over the world.

Step 1
Simply type or cut and paste the search phrase into the box at the bottom of stage 1 then click add. This phrase will be automatically included in the report unless you un-tick the box next to the phrase where it appears in the list.

If you choose 10 search phrases for the Google ranking report it will give you a good indication of how much exposure the website has in each particular Google search engine.

Step 2
Select the countries or regions that you want to run a Google ranking report on. You can expand the tree to select individual countries that are of particular importance to your business or just select entire regions by ticking the box next to the area of interest.
In the Free version of SEO Software you can run Google ranking reports on any number of different websites however you are restricted to 1-5 countries at any one time.

Step 3
Just click the start button and the software will start to produce the Google ranking report on the website that you identified. You can see the rankings in the panel as the Google ranking report is being built up. The Google ranking report will record any position found in the top 100 of the search engine results. Unlike all the other reporting software’s SEO Software will display the results for your rankings from the web based search option and the country specific pages option from each Google so you get a complete overview of where your site is performing and where it needs promoting.

Once the Google ranking report is finished it can then be emailed directly to whoever you wish to see it whether it is your webmaster who may be in charge of your website’s search engine optimization or your Boss who has tasked you to improve the websites exposure. All Google ranking reports that relate to individual specific web pages / URL’s are saved for future reference so you can track the increase in exposure as the weeks and months pass.
