Step by Step Guide

Step 1
Simply type or cut and paste the search phrase into the box at the bottom of stage 1 then click add. This phrase will be automatically included in the report unless you un-tick the box next to the phrase where it appears in the list.If you choose 10 search phrases for the ranking report it will give you a good indication of how much exposure the website has in each particular Google search engine.
Step 2
Select the countries or regions that you want to run a ranking report on. You can expand the tree to select individual countries that are of particular importance to your business or just select entire regions by ticking the box next to the area of interest.
Step 3
